Kragujevac, Feb.04,2010 (Serbia Today) - On Monday February 1, 2010 in the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Kragujevac, the Chambers of Commerce of Kragujevac, Krusevac and Kraljevo signed a letter of intent to support the establishment of regional business initiative called car „clusters“ of Central Serbia.
During the meeting the study funded by the Dutch organization „SPARK“, on development of networks of suppliers of small and medium companies for the automobile industry in Central Serbia was presented. This promotion was atended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Serbia, Mr. Ron Von Dartel. He said that this study gave an impuls to the suppliers to direct their business plans towards the Fiat coming in Kragujevac, but also that the Netherlands are interested in business opportunities.
In addition, at this meeting on February 1st, the Chamber of Commerce announced that the first International Automobile Suppliers Industry Fair will be held in Kragujevac from May 19- 21st, this year. Center of auto industry of the Western Balkans- a Regional Chamber of Commerce Kragujevac, and Sumadia Fair will appear as the organizers of this Fair.
